=== Description ===
This element represents [[BioUML]] analysis method. Usually it has different icon as it's possible to define the icon for each method separately. Usually analysis elements reside in "Analyses" tab under <code>analyses/Methods</code> subfolders. When you open the analysis element, the form will appear asking you for analysis parameters. After filling the parameters, you can run the analysis. Analysis progress bar and log messages are also displayed (in [[BioUML workbench]] log is displayed in [[Application log (viewpart)|Application log viewpart]]). When analysis completes, its results may open automatically.
