[edit] Description
Frequencies of TF-classes in two sets of cis-regulatory modules that locate near given genes
[edit] Parameters:
- Input track – Select input track (it has to contain cis-reulatory modules; in particular, it can be the result of 'Cis-module identification' analysis)
- Path to table1 with 1-st gene set – Path to table with 1-st gene set (table must contain the 'Gene_ID' column)
- Path to table2 with 2-nd gene set – Path to table with 2-nd gene set (table must contain the 'Gene_ID' column)
- Path to table with genes – Path to table with genes
- Minimal size – Cis-regulatory module will be missed if its size is less than this threshold
- Maximal distance between cis-modules and genes – Maximal distance between cis-regulatory modules and genes
- Path to output folder – Output folder will be created under this location when it doesn't exist
