[edit] Description
Parameter identifiability which uses tables as input.
[edit] Parameters:
- Diagram – Path to input diagram
- Parameters table – Table with list of parameters to check identifiability (must contain "Min", "Max", "Val" columns)
- Observables table – Table with data about observables values and time
- Time column – Name of the column with time values from the "Observbles table" (will search for "time" if not selected)
- Maximum identifiability steps – Maximum number of steps during parameter identifiability testing (in one direction)
- Maximal deviation – Maximal deviation from initial objective function value (delta)
- Plot element type (expert) – Type of created result plot elements
- Optimization method parameters – Optimization method parameters
- Optimization method name – Name of optimization method to use
- Number of iterations – Number of iterations during optimization
- Populations size – Populations size
- Calculation accuracy – Calculation accuracy
- Grid length – Grid length
- Grid width – Grid width
- Number of particles – The total number of particles
- Weight method (expert) – Method which will be used to evaluate weights for objective function
- Weights table (expert) – Table with data about weights for observable values
- Weight column (expert) – Name of the column with weights from the "Weights table" (will set weights to 1.0 if not selected)
- Output path – Path to the output table
