Creates Match site model

Parameters:

• Position frequency matrix – Position frequency matrix
• Cutoff – Cutoff for matrix
• Core cutoff – Cutoff for matrix core
• Default core – Automatically determine core start and length
• Core start – Start of the matrix core (zero based)
• Core length – Length of matrix core
• Output collection – Collection where site model will be saved
• Model name – The name of model name to create
