Description

Search for genes potentially regulated by the given transcription factor(TF). The gene will be considered as potentially regulated by the given TF if the TF binds near the gene.

Parameters:

• preparedTables (expert) – preparedTables
• peaksFolder (expert) – peaksFolder
• Organism – Organism
• Transcription factor – Transcription factor
• Data set – Data set
• Cell line – Cell line
• Treatment – Treatment/condition
• Max gene distance – Maximal distance from site to gene
• Regulated genes (expert) – Found genes regulated by transcription factor
