Description
TreeMap on Functional classification results
Parameters:
- Functional classification – Result of Functional classification analysis.
- Species – Species to which analysis should be confined
- P-value column – The result will use selected column in treemap building process.
- Similarity – A lower value will result in shorter and semantically diverse list
- Max number to display – Maximal number of groups shown on treemap picture
- Output path – Output path
