Conduct an analysis with the glycanr package
This tool provides an interface Ivo Ugrina's glycanr package for glycan analysis.
Parameters
- Input table - Path to table with input data
- Group by - Group by values in column
- Glycanr function - Glycanr function to apply
- Alpha - (glyco.outliers) Multiplied with the IQR, this parameter determines the strictness of outlier detection
- Log - (glyco.plot) Log transform values
- Collapse - (glyco.plot) Collapse plots
- Output folder - Folder for output files
