Description
Compute ROC curve of motif model.
Parameters:
- Sequences – Track or sequence with motifs
- Site model – Site model
- Number of points – Number of points where sensitivity and FDR will be computed
- Shuffle count – How many times seqeunce letters will be shuffled for FDR estimation
- Seed – Seed for random number generator
- Output path – Path to store results
