Description
Profile is the collection of 
site models. Usually it's preinstalled in some databases like GTRD. It also can be created by some analysis methods like Create profile from gene table. Profile is used as an input of many site search related analyses like Site search on track.
You may view the profile as a table document, when you double-click on it. Editing individual cutoff values is also possible.
GTRD moderate threshold profile is being edited in BioUML web edition.
