[edit] Description
For each position in genome (or it's part) find the shortest possible read length that can map uniquely to this position. Support sequences larger then 1e9 nucleotides.
[edit] Parameters:
- Genome – Collection of genomic sequences
- Output wig file – Wig file with minimal unique length values
