Description
Ribo-seq Experiment.
Parameters:
- Ribo-seq alignments – track with reads
- Minimum number sites – how many sites can be minimum in the cluster( 0 - without limitation )
- Maximum length cluster – how long cluster can be maximum( 0 - without limitation )
- Resulting clusters – cluster - set of sites with addition information
